Dispatch Helper Privacy Policy

Natroli LLC provides Dispatch Helper, a load-income calculator for Android, iPhone and iPad. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Calculations stay on your device

Dispatch Helper calculates estimated income using the loaded and deadhead mileage, gross rate or desired net income, percentage, fuel price and fuel economy you enter. The app does not send these inputs or results to Natroli or operate a user account service.

Saved settings and calculations

The app stores your truck settings locally so you can reuse them. Versions with calculation history keep your last 10 calculations and their settings on your device. You can clear this history in the app. These records are not synced to Natroli or another device. The iOS app excludes its saved settings and calculation history from operating-system backup. Backup behavior on older Android versions may depend on the app version, device and Google account settings. Deleting the app and its local data removes the records stored by that installation.

No advertising or tracking

Dispatch Helper does not include advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos. Natroli does not sell or share calculation data.

App stores and device services

Apple, Google Play and your operating system may process installation, app-integrity and diagnostic information under their own privacy policies and your device settings. Those services are separate from the calculator's local processing.

Contacting support

If you use our contact form or email support@natroli.com, Natroli receives your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to respond and troubleshoot your request, and retain support correspondence only as needed for support and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Please avoid sending sensitive financial or personal information that is unnecessary for your request. You can contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations. Opening a website from the app uses your browser; website data handling is described in the Natroli website privacy policy.

Children

Dispatch Helper is intended for adult trucking and dispatch work, not for children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
